TeHaru Sushi in Central Arizona

First time here and it was delicious, wish the ladies making the sushi could of been up front when I left, to thank them. Will go back definitely.. taking more people with me!!!

WE COME HERE ALL THE TIME. The food is awesome, especially for the price. They offer menu items as well as the revolving bar. My favorite is the spicy crab and shrimp,and the Hawaiian rolls. Usually trips here are me and one other person and we are full to the brim when we leave, and the bill never exceeds $25 if we just have sushi. The only complaint I might have is that when it gets busy, the service gets a bit shotty.

I'm typically hesitant around food that is on a belt and access to so many hands. This place is the exception. Food is always great. Service is friendly. Price is cost effective. We love coming here for something good, quick, and easy.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE SERVICE I WAS WAITING FOR 1Hr 8 People wanted to celebrate my daughter's graduation and they ruined it wait for more than 1 hr and they never called us to sit down better they called people who had been arriving

Sushi is fresh made right in front of your eyes.. variety is good on the weekends.. during the week only a few selections. The wait is not horrible. The prices are great. color coded plates make it easy to k ni ow ehatyou are spending. Overall great experience every time we go.

A good sushi place for the price and quality. Specially those hand rolls were the same tasty one over three years since I first visited. This location is better than the one in North Scottsdale. I would recommend to my friends who love sushi.

This is very different and unique Sushi Experience!! Best part is the the plate size which is just 4 bites, so if you are interested in trying out different sushi's this is definitely the place for you..furthermore the prices are very reasonable which helps, price ranges from 1$ , 2$ and 3$ plate.Another unique thing about this place is the conveyer belt service so there is no wait time, as soon as you are seated you can just pick the sushi from the belt.

Very interesting idea, sushi but on a conveyor belt! You just grab what you want when it goes by. You can also order directly if you like or for specialty items. They will also make you whatever is on the belt directly so you don't have to wait for it to come back. Such a great place!

My favorite sushi place! If you go during more slow hours, you can always order whatever you want and dont see. Its cheap and fun!

Teharu is a classic I've been going here since highschool, glad to see the place is still squeaky clean after all these years. It is a revolving sushi bar conveyer belts with delicious rolls just up for grabs. Great place to spend under 10$ for decent quality sushi, and hangout with your friends!

Great place to drop by! No waiting on food, right portions per plate, prices are more than reasonable, basically you'll get more variety for your money! Had 5 small plates for under $10 and I was more than full!!! Definitely stopping by again with my kids!!!

This place is great! The price is super reasonable as most plates are around $1.50-$2! They quality is good for the price. Its definitely not to quality, but if youre looking to just grub out on the shush then this is the place. Service is average. Nothing special on that front.All in all, this is a great place for a cheap, decent bite of sushi. I go here at least once a month and always love it.

Great sushi rolls for the price, very tasty. All their is to complain about is that the eel sauce could be thicker. Overall great place to go to.

Let me start off by saying that this is not a place for sushi snobs. The sushi is tasty and the setting is awesome. The prices are extremely reasonable and the variety is pretty vast. They keep throwing new stuff up on the conveyor belt and you just take what you want and eat until your sadness is gone. It's a great place for small groups and even better for dates. I've been here twice now and the consistency of the taste and freshness is great. The staff is always bustling around but they are more than happy to help you. The best thing is that if you dont see what you want just flag down the staff and ask. They will make it for you and then you might just see more of it on the belt. I hope you check this place out. It's one of my favorite spots in Arizona so far.

Worth every penny. This does not mean it's expensive or the highest quality sushi, but by far the best bang for your buck. Add in the cleanliness and the quiet efficiency of the staff, and you have a simple and excellent experience!

Amazing sushi. Every time I go, there is a new dish to try! The Baked Scallop California Roll literally tastes like a dessert, and I'll definitely keep going back for more!

Sushi wasnt bad for happy hour pricing. Medium sized selection. Ginger was not readily available.

Teharu Sushi is possibly the best place I've ever eaten at in my entire life. The service here is exceptional and the food is even better. My guide to this place is: Wait a little bit, you'll find something for you.

Good sushi at a good price. Most plates are $2.00. The place was fairly small so we did have to wait a bit for seats, 15 to 20 min, but it was worth it. Not fancy but I'll definitely eat there again.

Affordable AYCE sushi is hard to come by in the valley. This place has great options and the conveyor belt is a pretty unique element you dont experience very often. Can easily eat your fill for under $10-$15 depending on how ravenous you are that day. :)

This is our favorite place to eat sushi. Affordable great quality (Not like their other location) and the conveyor belt is a great way to try many options. It’s so great that one can complete ignore the customer service. Boy oh boy! If u enjoy being treated like a dirty doodie this is the place to go! I wish they paid their employees better or scheduled them better so they had time to smile! But if u don’t need affection of others then this is the place for you! Now! The Cooks are FLAWLESS! Friendly and skilled! And they have a new waiter with round glasses that is really friendly too! The life has yet to be sucked out him. I recommend this place 100%

Teharu is one of my fave local spots to eat. It isn't the highest quality sushi ever but for the price and the selection, its great! It is conveyor belt style, but if you ask for a menu they will provide you one and you can order whatever rolls you want fresh. Also, the Sake deals are amazing! I come here at least a couple times per month. Make sure to check it out.

I have to give all of the credit to the ladies that work here. They work so hard keeping the line going with really fresh stock, which is hard to do. Come here and enjoy! Your wallet will be shocked.

Great cheap place for sushi. I can get full for around $10. Took me few visits to try out their menu. Once I figured out what I like, ordering is fast and love the delicious items. Table service is alright, but understandable for the price tag and how busy they are.

It is busy enough here so hire more employees to HELP!The wait is too long , tables are left unseated, left unclean for long duration of time thus increasing the wait. People are waiting for their checks again increasing the wait time.You have people in line waiting, you’re reaching capacity and you leave have the rotation bar closed. Food is good here , but the service and the organization is dysfunctional.Very irritating every time I come here, Scottsdale location is better but too far away.

Just okay. They have a long track but that means if you are sitting at the far side your choices are really limited. Also, some of the food was kinda questionable as to how long it had been on the track. It's not horrible but I've definitely had better. Really nice people who work there, very friendly!

Love the variety and pricing. Always one of my go to places for sushi. Las Vegas roles are where it's at!

Sitting here waiting over 45 minutes for my post mates order I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone no ones even following the 6feet rule here everyones cramped together

Fast, cheap, and high quality sushi. Absolutely love being able to sit down and get right to it. There is a nice variety of rolls to select from and the staff is very nice. This is my go to restaurant in Phoenix for sushi. In my opinion it is the perfect balance between price and quality. Absolutely delicious.

Solid place for a quick bite. They will make you special orders on request and its pretty affordable as well. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars is the wait time, which would be understandable except they only use half of the restaurant for some reason so there are like 8 empty tables at all times.

Food is good and for such a cheap price but the service needs work. Arrived befor the dinner rush and thank God, not much seating and wait time depends on when seated people decide they've have enough sushi. A very decent selection of sushi made fresh. You can grab from a conveyor belt or order from a menu. I did both and the wait for menu items was fairly long. If you need help from a server you practically have to shout at them, but the food is well worth it. Gave it 3 stars due to lack of good service.

Great sushi at an amazing price! I love this restaurant. Being able to sample small sushi dishes at an affordable price helped me become familiar with sushi (which is now my favorite food).

I didn't eat sushi before going to this restaurant and now I love it -- a friend invited me the first time and helped me to choose the dishes. The restaurant has a conveyor belt where you can grab your food, no waiting! The dishes are prepared in front of you continuously. You can order from their menu and there is no extra charge. The place is casual, clean, and you can take the whole family. The price per dish is pretty affordable, in my opinion.
